Anchor hardware embedded during the manufacturing stage! 'Factory Embedded Anchor Panel'

Usable for various purposes, from low-rise to super high-rise buildings. During the panel manufacturing stage, it is firmly welded and embedded into the internal reinforcement bars (rebar) of the panel!

The anchor section for attaching panels to the structural framework can be considered the heart of ensuring the seismic safety of ALC panels. The key component is the anchor hardware. The anchor hardware is firmly welded and fixed to the reinforcing bars (rebar) inside the panel during the panel manufacturing stage, resulting in what is known as a "factory-embedded anchor panel." 【Features】 Seismic safety Improved construction efficiency Effective in reducing tsunami wave forces, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Anchor panel

Permeable sheets can be installed as needed! Corrections for slope angle and drilling angle can be made up to a maximum of 15°.

The "Anchor Panel" is a pressure distribution plate for ground anchors that combines a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (GFRP) lattice panel with a rigid frame. The rigid frame is protected against corrosion with hot-dip galvanized coating plus urethane paint or polyethylene paint, and the design also takes corrosion protection costs into account. The opening ratio of the pressure distribution surface is over 40%, allowing it to be completely covered in combination with greening work. Depending on the design anchor and soil bearing capacity, it can be selected from 9 standard types, and special sizes can be manufactured according to the pressure distribution area and load. 【Features】 ■ Composite pressure distribution plate combining FRP lattice panel with steel frame (SS400) ■ Opening ratio of over 40%, suitable for greening ■ Lighter and lower in height compared to concrete pressure distribution plates ■ As a secondary product, it does not require a curing period, enabling a reduction in construction time ■ Not limited to specific anchors, can be manufactured according to design loads and dimensions suited to the site *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Anchor panel (ground anchor pressure plate)

Pressure plates for ground anchors. Custom manufacturing is also possible based on the required load and area at the site. Compatible with various types of ground anchors.

This is a composite pressure-bearing plate that combines a grid-shaped panel made of FRP with a steel frame. It features a panel with an opening ratio of approximately 70%, ensuring high water permeability, making it suitable for sites where measures against groundwater are required. It is registered in the anchor construction design calculation system 'ANCHOR'. 【Water Permeability】 The grid-structured panel has a high opening ratio of approximately 70%, providing excellent water permeability. It ensures the water permeability of the ground even in sites where measures against groundwater are necessary. 【Greening】 The grid-structured panel has a high opening ratio of approximately 70%, making it excellent for greening. The grid sections contain vegetation substrates, creating a structure that is difficult for runoff to occur.
